May and June

Here are some of the latest and greatest photos from May to June. Nice that I am finally getting around to it now that it's officially July! This last month we celebrated Rons birthday...{still need to upload those photos}. Good friends of ours came over to the house and we swam, had cake and snacks, and just relaxed. The next day, Rons buddy treated him to a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field...needless to say Ron was in his glory! Brayden also got a new hat that night ;-) I stayed with my friend Ellen, and we played with the kids and sang karaoke until the boys got home. She made me an awesome dinner, and we had a wonderful weekend.
This next week is our anniversary...more about that later...will be a truly funny post so be sure to check back. Until then...here is what the Bray has been up to the last two months. {Oh-and I have successfully accrued 2 mb of space on this old laptop...so back to blogging I am-promise :-) Enjoy!

Downtown Disney

{Click on photos to enlarge} This past weekend, we headed to Downtown Disney with Ron's old buddy from high school that lives near us here in Florida, his awesome wife Ellen, and their adorable daughter Tori. Joe and Ron have been friends since they were kids. This is the second opportunity we have had to get together with them, and it has been a lot of fun. We spent almost all day at Downtown Disney exploring, eating, playing in the water fountains with the kiddies and of course some children's rides as well! Brayden and Tori got soaking wet playing in the water fountains-they shoot up water from the ground and the kids we having a BLAST!!!
The highlight of the day was Pleasure Island. Ron and Ellen got called up on stage because they both have June Birthdays. Once up there and in the SPOTLIGHT {which is not my husbands favorite place to be-which makes this story even more funny}...they had to do a 5 second dance in front of everyone! Ron tried to run back to our table, but they called him out-and made him come back ;-) He finally gave in and did his little 5 second dance {which I have on video}...and left the stage with a Disney button that says "it's my birthday" with his name {haha}.
We decided to sit there for a little longer {a few hours actually}...and Joe, Ron, Myself and Ellen all got called up on stage to either dance, be interviewed, lead a conga line and do a limbo! It was too much fun.
Joe and Ellen and Tori are SO much fun to hang out with. We had such a great day!

Be back soon ;-)

I am currently working on uploading all of my pictures online to Shutterfly...as a second backup to downloading everything onto an external hard drive. This is all in an attempt to preserve what space I have left on this old little Dell of ours. I have 1000 photos to upload just from the last two months, and so SO much to catch everyone up with. I should complete this HUGE endeavor of backing everything up before the big delete I must complete for my poor C drive...then I am BACK to blogging...thankfully. I have missed everyone ;-)

{Witness Protection Program...}

You read it correctly...yes, the Witness Protection Program. Sorry to momentarily freak you out with that title...but since we have moved to Florida {without our things}, our neighbors MUST swear that we are part of some witness protection program as my oldest brother jokingly suggested. Here we move in {I arrived at 3am after driving more than 24 hours}...and with no moving truck-or furniture. Our little cul-de-sac is probably wondering what in the world we are doing??? To make matters worse for the neighborhood chatter is my latest adventures in trash to treasure hunting on Thursday nights, coming home with battered furniture and sticking it in the garage ;-)
Oh the giggles we will soon get from all of this. Now I just have to figure out what in the world to tell them so they really don't think we are totally crazy. I am starting to wonder if I am crazy these days. Time will tell ;-) I will be sure to keep you posted. The up side of all of this is that I have been able to spend a TON of time with my peanut. He has learned so many new things lately that I am excited to share more about soon. He has learned to dance though-it is too funny. Anytime music comes on he bobs his head and bends his knees, claps his hands and does a cha-cha-cha with his feet. He is a trip, and such a patient little guy.
Fathers day is right around the corner and I am thinking we have some neat ideas in the works for the Daddy. {since he reads the blog-we will have to wait to share them with you}.
Hope everyone is doing well...and we will hopefully be released from this "Witness Protection" thing soon! {haha}.
